Judgment was subsequently entered by the Court, and the subject property is scheduled for Sheriff's Sale. Because of the excessive period of time between the initiation of the Mortgage Foreclosure Action, the entry of Judgment and the Sheriff's Sale date, damages as previously assessed by the Court are outdated and must be increased to include curr-=nt interest, real estate taxes, insurance premiums, and other expenses which Plaintiff has been obligated to pay under the Mortgage Agreement in order to protect its interest.
