together. The parties shall otharwise enjoy joint legal custody of daughter. Support payments
by father, Ryan, shall termlnete upon transfer of daughter and based upon comparative
incomes and substantial travel distances involved, no direct support shell be paid by Judith.
2. Upon transfer of Ryan's residence from Pennsylvania, changes to visitation
rights by Judith as set forth herein shall be negotiated. Currently, Judith is hoping to relocete
to the State of New Jersey.
3. Judith shall enjoy reasonable and flexible visitation with daughter, which shall
include but not b;; :imitsd to altamating holidays, avary ott.9r waekand during schon I years,
and summer visitation, which for 1998 will occur on June 15 - 19, July 20-28, and 2 full weeks
in August, 1998 prior to start of school for daughter.
Ryan will request Aubray to cell Judith at least once per week. Judith shall enjoy calling
daughter as she wishes. Phone costs will be chargeable to the individual initiating the call.
4. Ryan shall pay Judith a lump sum of Nine Thousand ($9,000.00) dollars on or
before June 8, 1998 to be used for her transportation/visitation purposes to visit daughter
batwean now and age 1 B. Ryan shall not ba responsible for any furthar visitation costs
thereafter. This sum is not ralated to any othar divorce settlement.
5. Ryan acknowledgas judgment intarest of Judith in tha marital equity of Ryan's
homa in Shorewood Forest, Indiana. Ryan represents herain that his employer is in tha
process of cooperating for the sale of the homa in the near future. The parties acknowledge
that as of current date, a balance, with interest accrued is dua in tha sum of
