A Conciliation Conference was held on september 29, 1999, with the following individuals in attendance: The Father, Steven A. Unger, with his counsel, Paul B. Orr, Esquire, and the Mother, Laura L. Bauder, with her counsel, Mark W. Allshouse, Esquire. 3. This Court previously entered an order based on an agreement reached by the parties at a Conciliation Conference on December 15, 1998. Under the order, the Mother had primary physical custody of the Child and the Father had partial physical custody at specified times. The Father filed this Petition seeking expansion of partial custody to overnight periods as the Child is now 16 months of age. The Mother opposes the Father's request and therefore it will be necessary to schedule a Hearing in this matter. 4. The Father's position on custody is as follows: The Father seeks more time with the Child who is now 16 months of age, specifically for overnight periods on alternating weekends. In response to a concern of the Mother, the Father seated that he would obtain a crib for the Child prior to any overnight periods. The Father has been having daytime or evening periods of custody with the Child weekly since the last Conciliation Conference in December 199B and believes there is no reason for him not to have custody of the Child for two overnight periods on alternating weekends. 5. The Mother's position on custody is as follows: The Mother does not believe it is appropriate for the Father to have overnight periods of custody with the Child at this time. The Mother expressed concern that the Father's family members, with whom he resides, smoke cigarettes and use obscene language around the Child. The Mother also based her objection to overnight periods of custody on alleged incidents of harassment and the gener:al inability of the families of the Mother: and Father: to get along.
