6. Hardy agreed to pay Hemptlor the materials provided to Hardy in accordance with its normal
credit account, that being payment of the outstanding invoices witbin tbirty (30) days of receipt. lIardy
also agreed to pay the sum of one and one quarter (I 1/4%) percent interest per l110ntb lor any
outstanding invoices due over thirty (30) days.
