Now, October 19, 1998, at the time 01 and immediately before the execulion 01 the
principal contract, and before any authority has beell give" by the said OWNER 10 the said
CONTRACTOR to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials lor the same in
consideration of the making 01 the said contract with George D, Boyer & Sons,
Incorporated and the turther consideration of One Dollar, to George D, Boyer & Sons,
Incorporated paid by THE OWNER, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the buiiding
by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any
other person for any iabor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for
the erection of said building, the right to lile such liens being expressly waived.
