SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS:
1. The land conveyed herein is being conveyed for the erection and operation of a
chorch and church related activities, including educliona! buildings and parsonage. In the
event that the church or related activities are not constructed within ten (101 years.
from the date of this conveyance, or the structures cease to be operated as a church
then the Grantee, its SUCCessors and assigns agrees that it will convey to the Grantors,
their SUCcessors and assigns Ihe real property which is the subject of this Deed, unless
such time shall be extended by the written agreement of the parties hereto, their
successors and/or assigns. The consideration for such conveyance shall be THIRTY
THOUSAND ($30,000,00) DOLLARS plus the increase in the value of the
property as determined by subtracting the appraised value as of the date of this Deed
from an appraisal performed at the time of transfer. Grantors shall evidence their intent
to repurchase the premises by written acceptance of the offer, delivered to the Grantee
within thirty (30) days from the date of the offer.
2. In the event the Grantee shall desire to sell the property herein conveyed prior to
the construction of a church and church related activities, it shall first offer to the
Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns, the right to purchase said property. The
consideration for such conveyance shall be THIRTY THOUSAND ($30,000.00)
DOLLARS plus the increase in the value of the property as determined by
subtracting the appraised value as of the date of this Deed from an appraisal performed
at the time of transfer. Grantors shall evidence their intent to repurchase the premises
by written acceptance of the offer, delivered to the Grantee within thirty (30) days from
the date nf the Jffer.
BEING A PART OF THE SAME REAL ESTATE WHICH Albert Myers and Ruth
A. Myers, his wife, by deed dated December 10, 1982 and recorded in the office of the

Page 550, granted and conveyed to WILLIAM A. SWOPE and PAULINE l. SWOPE, his wife,
