AND NOW, comes GENIE TRUCKING LINE, INC. and G. KENNETH BISHOP,
Plaintiffs, by and through their attorneys, FLOWER, MORGENTHAL, FLOWER & LINDSAY,
and state as follows:
1, Plaintiff is GENIE TRUCKING LINE, INC" a trucking company with offices
at 221 Mill Street, Mt. Holly Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17065.
2, Plaintiff is G, KENNETH BISHOP, an adult individual, residing at 624
South Hanover Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17013,
3, Defendant is DANIEL K. HENDERSON, an adult individual, whose last
known address is at 7399 Olde Scotland Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, 17257,
4, Defendant was an independent contractor, contracting with Plaintiff
GENIE TRUCKING LINE, INC,
5, In the course of their contracting relationship, GENIE TRUCKING LINE,
INC. advanced funds for taxes on behalf of Defendant, which were his responsibility, which
totaled One Hundred and 03/100 ($100,03) Dollars,

6, In the course of the aloresaid contracting relationship, Defendant
borrowed money from the Flr1ancr;11 Trust Company, which borroWing was formalizcd by a note
and security agreement, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A",
which loan was guaranteed by Plaintiff G, KENNETH BISHOP.
7. Defendant DANIEL K. HENDERSON, defaulted upon said loan, Plaintiff
G, KENNETH BISHOP became liable to pay said loan, and said loan was paid on behalf of G.
KENNETH BISHOP by GENIE TRUCKING LINE, INC, in the amount of Thirteen Thousand
Four Hundred Forty and 81/100 ($13,440.81,) Dollars,
8, After demand, Defendant has failed to repay Plaintiffs for the aforesaid
obligations,
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs demand judgment against Defendant in the amount of
Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Forty and 84/100 ($13,540,84) Dollars, plus interest and
costs,
