Judgment was subsequently entered by the Court, and the subj ect property is scheduled for Sheriffts Sale. Because of the excessive period of ti.me between the initiation of the Mortgage Foreclosure Action, the entry of Judgment and the Sheriff's Sale date, damages as previously assessed by the Court are outdated and must be increased to include current interest, real estate taxes, insurance premiums, and other expenses which Plaintiff has been obligated to pay under the Mortgage Agreement in order to protect its interest.
