of a proposed shopping center as shown on the Revised Final Land Development Plan
of R.S. & R Shopping Center, recorded in Cumberland County Recordor of Deeds
Office in Plan Book 75, page 115, East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A" attached
materials for same, in consideration of the making of the above-described Contract with
