An Answer with New Matter and Counter Claim was filed on February 5, 1999, Plaintiff filed Request for Admissions upon Defendants' decedent on Narch 26, 1999. Defendant's decedent filed Answers to Plaintiff's Request for Admissions on May 3, 1999, Rule 4014 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure sets forth the requirements for an answer to a Request for Admission. In relevant part, Rule 4014 (b) states: . ,. The answer shall admit or deny the matter or set forth in detail the reasons why the answering party cannot truthfully do so.
