covenant and agrce that no mcchanics Iicns or claims shall bc filcd ur maintaincd by thcm or any
of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thercto Il)r or on account of
any work done or materials furnished by them or any of thcm undcr said cOlltracl or othcrwise,
