aforcsaid. f(lr thcmsclvcs and thcir subcontractors, ano all partics acting through or undcr thcm,
covcnant and agrcc that no mcchanic's licns or claims shall be filcd or maintaincd by thcm or any
of thcm against thc said buildings and thc 101 of ground appurtenanl thcreto for or on account of
any work done or maleriats furnishcd by thcm or any of thcm undcr said contract or othcrwise,
for, towards, in, or about lhe crcction and conslruclion of thc said buildings on the lot abovc
