Ifill, PA 17011, h"reinilfter referred to as Cont"d<:tor, AND DAVID
L. JOHNSON and TERRI L. JOHNSON, husband and wife, of 16 Walnut
Lane, Camp Hill, PA 17011, hereinafter referred to as Owner,
whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a
single-family residential dwelling on that certain lot of ground
situate on Round Ridge Road in Upper Allen TownShip, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being Lot 103, Phase III BOI~man's lIill, as
described in accordance with the Final Subdivision Plan recorded
in Cumberland County Plan Book 70, Page 39. Being part of the
same premises which Robert B. HOllinger, widower, by Alice E.
Hartman, his attorney-in-fact pursuant to a Power of Attorney
dated February 4, 1986, and recorded in Cumberland County
Miscellaneous Book 440, Page 207, John D. HOllinger, widower, and
Gene W. Hollinger (joined by his wife, Dorothy J. HOllinger), by
Deed dated March 26, 1993 and recorded March 29, 1993 in
Cumberland County Deed Book "E", Volume 36, Page 813, granted and
conveyed unto Bowman's Hill Associates, a Pennsylvania general
partnership. Also being the same premises which Bowman's Hill
Associates by Deed dated

to be recorded herewith, granted and conveyed unto David L.
Johnson and Terri L. Johnson, husband and wife.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to it in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and

construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
against the said buildings or any of them and agree that this
instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent
covenant.
WITNESS our hands and seals, or if a corporation, it has
caused these presents to be signed by its proper corporate
officers and its corporate seal to be affixed hereto, the day and
