COMPLAINT IN DIVORCE
AND NOW comes the above named Plaintiff, Karen A, McCoy, by and through
her allomey, Jerry A Weigle, Esquire, and seeks to obtain a Decree in Divorce from the
above-named Defendant, upon the grounds hereinafter more fillly set forth:
I. Plaintiff, Karen A. McCoy, is an adult individual residing at 160 Fairview
Road, Shippensburg. Hopewell Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, since
1970,
2. Defendant, Gary W. McCoy, is an adult individual who has resided in the
state of Michigan since May of 1996 and whose present address is 45 Diamond N.E.,
Apt, 1, Grand Rapids, Michigan, 49503.
3. Plaintiff is a national citizen of the United States of America and has been
a bona fide resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months
immediately previous to the filing of the Complaint in Divorce,
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on September 12, 1989, in
Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania
5. There was a prior action of divorce commenced in Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in 1991 filed to NO. 2505 CIVIL 1991. This action was purged for want
of prosecution by Order of Court dated October 29, 1996,
6. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and the Plaintiff
may have the right to request that the court require the parties to participate in counseling.
7, The marriage is irretrievably broken.

The parties have lived separate and apart since September 5, ] 990.
9. The Plaintiff requests the court to enter a decree of divorce,
