to two separate work sites where Plaintit1' was working, waited for him. and tried to
talk to him despite him telling her that he did not want to speak with her. Delendant

returned home, Defendant knocked on Plaintitl's door, and when he opened the door
he told her that he did not want to talk to her and asked her to leave, Dcfendant
refused to leave, shoved him aside, entered his apartment, and admitted that she had
been listening through the door as he talked on the telephone to try to find out who
he was talking to, Delendant yelled at Plaintil]; called him names, grabbed him by his
shin tearing it. punched him about his chest with her fists, stabbed him about the chest
repeatedly with a pen, and threatened him saying, "1 wish this was a knife." Plaintiff
telephoned 911 for help, The New Cumberland Police responded and filed criminal
harassment charges against Defendant. Defendant was advised by the police not to
have further contact wilh Plaintiff Shortly after the police Icft, Plaintiff went out to
his vehicle and found that one of his tires had been flattened, Defendant later
admitted to police and Plaintif]' that she punctured Plaintift's tire, Plaintill' sought
medical attention trom his physician for injuries he sustained as a result of this
incident including puncture wounds, bmising and soreness about his chest and ribs,

restraining him by hlocking doorways with her body. and threatening him saying, "If I

Defendant has sial ked Plainlill' by following him aboul al his places of employment,
wailing lor him oUlside his residence, standing in the common hallway inside his
apartment building listening through the door to his telephone conversations and his
movements ahout his apartment, waiting in the hallway for him to come out of his
apartment, vandalizing his vehicle, and questioning. telephoning, and threatening
people he associates with in order to get information regarding Plaintiff's activities
and anyone he might he dating Delendant has harassed Plaintiff by repeatedly
telephoning him at his place of employment and at his residence despite being told by
him verbally and in wriling lhat he wants no further contact with her. Defendant has
also made verbal threats 10 commit suicide on several occasions and recently
threatened to do so in a letter she sent to Plaintitr
