II. The Plaintiff has demanded that the Delendants pay the total amount due but the Defendants have
neglected and refused to pay the same and any part thereof.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendants, Edward N. Pitcher and Edward M.
Hile, t/d/b/a All Seasons IIeating and Cooling, in the amount of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Filly and 47/100
($3,850.47) Dollars togelher with inlerestthereon Irom January 27,1998, and the costs of this suit.
