1. Plaintiff is Ocwen Federal Bank FSB (hereinafter "Ocwen"), a corporation with
offices located at The Forum, Ste. 402, 1675 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL
3340 I.
2. Defendants are Ronald L. Weber and Carolyn H. Weber, individuals with a 1ast-
known address of 51 Kensington Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011-7904.
3. On August 28, 1992, defendants made, executed and delivered a Promissory Note,
inter alia, to Painewebber Mortgage Finance, Inc. for a loan made by it to them. Attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a true and correct copy of said Promissory
Note. Said Promissory Note accompanies a Mortgage on premises 51 Kensington Drive, Camp
Hill, PA 17011 dated August 28, 1992 and recorded September 2, 1992 in the Office for the
Recording of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Mortgage Book 1086, page 300.
4. Through a series of assignments the said note and mortgage was assigned to Ocwen
Federal Bank FSB. by assignment recorded October 9, 1997 in the Office for the Recording of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County. in Misc. Book 559, page 278.

1. Service of Plaintiff's Civil Action Has attempted by the
Sheriff of Cumberland County. Numerous attempts Here made. No
service could be effected. Attached hereto is a copy of the
Sheriff's return of service as Exhibit "An.
2. The United States Postal Service indicates that Defendant,
Ronald H. Weber is deceased but mail is good as addressed to
defendant, Carolyn H. Weber. See Exhibit "13" Hhich is attached
