The following other minor child prcsently livcs with Plaintiff: Stcphen Dusean Robinson, age 10. Plaintiff is Stephen's mother. 12. The facts of the most recent incident of abuse are as follows: On October 31, 1998, Plaintiff was walking up to the home where her babysitter was caring for her children. Defendant was outside waiting for her. He walked up to her, raising his voice, and was upset about his child's Halloween costume. An altercation arose wherein Dcfendant pushed Plaintiff twice, once resulting in Plaintiff falling to the ground. When Plaintiff got up, she crossed the street, where Defendant followed her. Defendant then pulled a machete from his coat and began swinging it toward Plaintiff, putting her in fear of imminent serious bodily injury, Defendant was restrained by one of his friends, while the baby siller called the police. When the police came, they issued Defcndant a citation, and told him to stay away from Plain- tiff. Defendant then followed Plaintiff for two hours, while Plaintiff was triek-or-treating with her children. Defendant would follow Plaintiff, then go away, then come back, putting Plaintiff in fear of imminent serious bodily injury. 13. Defendant has abused Plaintiff on other occasions. In or about August of 1998, Defendant and Plaintiff were engaged in an altercation, wherein Defendant was chasing Plaintiff around a football field. Defendant was allempting to take Plaintiffs purse, and Plaintiff resisted. Defendant grabbed Plaintiffs purse, and Plaintiff attempted to get in her car to leave. Defendant then slammed Plaintiffs leg in her car door, causing bodily injury which necessitated treatment at the Carlisle Hospital emergency room. In approximately September of 1997, Defendant put a gun to Plaintiffs head and claimed it was unloaded. Defendant did have bullets for the gun, and told Plaintiff he "had a bullet with her name on it". Plaintiff was in fear of imminent serious bodily injury. 14. Defendant has used both a handgun and a machete to abuse Plaintiff. 15. The State Police substation which covers Newville should be made aware of any Order in this matter. 16. There is an immediate and present danger of further abuse from the Defendant. CHIEF COMPLAINT: Ankle pain HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: Twenty-elght-year-old female said she closed her right ankle in a car door. She IS ambulatory, but IS uncomfortable. PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: Alert, oriented female who is somewhat uncomfortable. Blood pressure 142/100. Respirations 20. Pulse 120. Temperature 36.50. She has a normal appear- ing ankle on visual inspection. There is no obvious bony deformity. Normal dorsalis pedis pulse. She has pain near the insertion of the Achilles tendon, but medial to that in the distal aspect of the gastroc musculature. She seems to have full range of molion, but it is somewhat uncomfortable for her. . ~. DATABASE: X-ray of ankle per emergency department MD interpretation reveals no fracture or dislo- cation.
