The facts of the most recent incident of abuse are as follows: On or about October 15, 1998, Defendant drew his fist back and threatened to hit Plaintiff. As she ran into another room and grabbed a portable phone to call for help, Defendant raised his fist and threatened to hit her again if she called the police. On or about December 20, 1997, after Plaintiff went to sleep, Defendant came into the bedroom, and punched her in the side of the face and her hand causing bruising. As Plaintiff tried to struggle away [rom Defendant, she screamed for her sister to help her. Her sister intervened and the police were called for assistance. c. On several different occasions since 1982, Defendant has punched Plaintiff, pushed her, threatened her with his fist, and threatened to kill her. 9. The following police department or law enforcement agency the area in which Plaintiff lives should be provided with a copy of the Protection Order: East Pennsboro and any other appropriate police department. 10. There is an immediate and present danger of further abuse from the Defendant. 11. Plaintiff is asking the Court to order Defendant to stay away from her current residence which is not owned or rented by Defendant. 12. However, this Order shall lapse automatically if Plaintiff does not file a complaint for support with the Court within fifteen days of the date of this Order. The amount of this tenporary order does not necessarily reflect Defendant's correct support obligation, which shall be deterndned in accordance with the guidelines at the support hearing.
