commonly known as LOT 33 SIGNAL HILL, HAMPDEN TWP, MECHANICSBURG, CUMBERLAND
County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated jC> 'd. (I, (j 'Z , recorded at Deed Book , Page
, in the Recorder's Office for CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as more specilically described
in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, OCTOBER 2S, I99S, at the time of and immediately hettJre the execulion or the principal
contrdcl, and before any authority has been given hy the said Owner 10 the said Contractor 10 commence wurk
on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in con,ideration or the making or the said contract with
Contrdctor and the further con~ideT'dtion of One Dollar ($1 .00), to Contractor paid hy Owner, it is agreed Ihat
no lien shall be filed again~t the boilding hy the Contractor, or any suhcontT'dcror, nor hy any ur the
materialmen or workmen or any other person for any lahor, or materials porchased, or extra lahor or malerials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to tile sucb liens heing expressly waived.

sublendcd by a chord of South 70 degrees 37 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 56.28 feel 10
