Now comes the Petition, James D. Stine, by and through his attorney, H,
Anthony Adams, Esquire and sets forth the following.
1.
Petitioner is James D, Stine, an adult individual who resides at 4 Strohm
Road, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2.
James D, Stine is a licensed motor vehicle operator pursuant to operators
license number 19507278.
3.
The Petitioner was stopped by the Mid Cumberland Valley Police
Department without reasonable suspicion or probable cause.

No motor vehicle offense of any nature or kind was observed by any Mid
Cumberland Valley Police Officer within the jurisdiction of that department.
No authority to arrest existed in the Mid Cumberland Valley Police Officer.

driving privllege is being SUSPENDED for a period of 1

return any current driver's license, learner's permit and/or
temporary driver's license (camera card) in your possession
no lat..r than the effective date listed. If YOU cannot
co.ply with the requirements stated above, YOU are required

YOU are aware of the sanction against your driving privi-
lege. Failure to comply with this notice shall result' in
this Bureau r.ferring this matter to the Pennsylvania State

under suspenSion even if yoU do not surrender your license,

OTHERWISE, YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN CREDIT TOWARD SERVING THIS
