Jacqueline R. Armstrong and Scott A, Armstrong, by and through
their attorneys of record to stipulate as follows:
(1/ Petitioner is Jacqueline R. Armstrong, an adult
individual who currently resides at P.O. Box 486, Summerdale,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
(2) Respondent is Scott A. Armstrong, an adult individual who
currently resides at 117 Hulton Road, Lower Burrel, Allegheny
County, Pennsylvania.
(3) The parties are the natural parents of Jessica L.
Armstrong, age 14, D.O.B. 3/3/84 and Heather M. Armstrong, age 4,
D.O.B. 4/2/94.
(4) The parties agree that legal custody of the
aforementioned minor children shall be joint.
(5) The parties alsc ;;!.'::p:ep. that .Jac:;!uel:ine R. ~.r!'.1stron~;1 the
natural mother, shall have full and permanent physical custody of
the aforementioned children.
(6) The parties further agree that partial custody/visitation
by Scott A. Armstrong, the natural father, shall be as follows:
(a) Father shall be entitled to one weekend of
visitation per month, those dates and times to be
determined by mutual agreement of the parties.

COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff is Jacqueline R. Armstrong, an adult
individual currently residing at 409 First Street, Summerdale,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is Scott A. Armstrong, an adult individual
currently residing at 19 Monica Drive, Halifax, Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents in
the Commonwealth for at least six months immediately previous to
the filing of this Complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married for the second
time on June 4, 1993 in Duncannon, Pennsylvania.
5. Plaintiff and Defendant were previously married on
January 13, 1984 in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, which marriage
was ended by divorce on or about May 20, 1992 in Adams County
Court, docket no. 92-S-14 by the Honorable Judge Oscar F. Spicer.
6. The Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of

marriage counseling and the Plaintiff may have the right to
request that the Court require the parties to participate in
counseling. Having been so advised Plaintiff does not desire the

9. Plaintiff and Defendant have acquired property, both real
and personal, during their marriage,
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests this Honorable Court to
determine marital property and to order an equitable distribution
thereof.

11. Plaintiff lacks sufficient property to provide for
reasonable needs and is unable to support herself and her two
minor children through appropriate employment.
12. Plaintiff requires reasonable support to adequately
maintain the common costs of day-to-day living including food,

b. The Defendant left the residence leaving the children
