the amount of $47,700.00 payable to Plaintiff in monthly
installments with an interest rate of 10.125\.

Emergency Mortgage Assistance was sent to the Defendants by regular

not cured the default.

CIVIL ACTION MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE COMPLAINT
1. Mellon Mortgage Company, 1775 Sherman Street, Suite 2300,
Denver, CO 80203-4395, hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff", is
a Mortgage Company conducting business under the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and brings this action to foreclose
the Mortgage between Charles A. Ludwig and Mary Jane Ludwig,
Mortgagors referred to as "Defendants", and itself as Mortgagee.
Said Mortgage was dated 07/31/86 and is'recorded in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds and Mortgages in CUMBERLAND County,
pennsylvania in Mortgage Book 827, Page 404 and was subsequently
assigned as follows:
Mortgage Book 325, Page 134. A copy of the
Mortgage and title search revealing assignments are attached hereto
and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A".
The Mortgage is being
assigned to Plaintiff by way of assignment to be recorded.
2. The Mortgage secures Defendants' Note dated 07/31/86 in
the amount of $47,700.00 payable to Plaintiff in monthly
installments with an interest rate of 10.125\.
3. The land subject to the mortgage is:
775 Erford Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011
Please see copy of the legal description attached hereto as
Exhibit "B".
4. The Defendants, Charles A. Ludwig and Mary Jane Ludwig,
are the Real Owners of the land subject to the mortgage. The
Defendants address is as follows:
