2. Defendant. Bobbie Jo Ferry, is adlllt individual currently residing at 9570
ClImberland Highway, Pleasant Hall, Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff and Defendant are bonafide residents of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania and has been so for at least six months immediately previous to
the filing of this Complaint.
4, Plaintiff and Defendant were married on Orrstown, Franklin County,
Pennsylvania.
5. The parties have been separated since JlIly 10, 1998.
6. There have been no prior actions of divorce or annulment between the parties.
7. The parties' marriage is irretrievably broken.
