COMPLAINT AND NOW, comes Financial Trust Company. through its Attorney, William A. 1. Plaintiff is Financial Trust Company, a corporation organized and existing under Duncan, Esquire, and files this Complaint in Mortgage Foreclosure, of which the following is a statement: the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with its main office and principal place of business located at I West High Street. Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013. 2, Defendant, Frederick A. Dotts, an adult individual, and Defendant, Carol A. Dotts, an adult individual, are husband and wife, and reside at R.D. #2, 1543 St. Matthews Road, Chester Springs, Pennsylvania, 19425-9802. 3, On or about June 24,1991, Defendants made, executed and delivered to Plaintiff a 4. Said note and said real estate mortgage have not been assigned. note and a real estate mortgage financing One Hundred Fifty-seven Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($157,000,00), a copy of said note and said real estate mortgage being attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B", respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth. 5. Frederick A. Dotts and Carol A. Dotts, are the sole record owners in fee simple of said premises subject to said mortgage, by virtue ofa Deed dated January 14,1991, and recorded June 25, 11)91 in thc Cumbcrland County Rccordcr's OlTIcc in Dccd Book "E", Volume 35, Pagc 411, morc specifically sct forth in Exhibil "C", attached hereto and madc a part hereof by reference 6 Said note and said real estatc mortgage are in dcfault because Defendants herein have failed 10 pay the payments that were due and owing for the months of September 24, 1998 and October 24, 1998 7. By reason of the aforesaid default, the entire principal balance of Forty-eight Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-five and 36/100 ($48,795.36) Dollars, with interest thereon at the rate of ten percent (10 %) per annum computed from August 24, 1997, along with late B, Late Charges 33.6t charges and attorneys fees now due and payable, 8. The Defendants are liable to the Plaintiff for the following on said mortgage loan: A.
