The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim against
Hazel M. Massey and all that certain improved lot or piece of ground situated in the Borough of
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 141 North Bedford Street. (See
property description attached).
Removal of accumulations of unsanitary waste;
clean up; secure condemned property: $110.41
Ten percent penalty (10%): $11.04
Attorney's fees: $90.00
TOTAL $211.45
Together with interest sec. leg. from October 1, 2002, the date of completion of the
removal.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served on the owner at her last known address by
certified mail and personally October 1, 2002, and February'10, 2003. The said removal services
were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the charge levied therefor is in strict accordance with
Article XII of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581 Section 1202
(5), as amended, 53 P.S. Sections 46202 (5), as amended, Chapters 120 and 183 of the Code of the
Borough of Carlisle.
