The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim against
Arafat Maswadeh and all that certain improved lot or piece of ground situated in the Borough of
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 459 North Pitt Street. (See property
description attached).
Removal of accumulations of unsanitary waste;
garbage; rubbish; secure property; fumigate $1,104.03
Ten percent penalty (10%): $110.40
Attorney's fees: $90.00
TOTAL $1,304.43
Together with interest sec. leg. from June 6, 2002, the date of completion of the
removal, etc.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served on the owner at his last known address by
certified mail and personally June 3, 2002, and February 6, 2003. The said nuisance abatement
services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the charge levied therefor is.'in strict
accordance with Article XII of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No.
581 Section 1202 (5), as amended, 53 P.S. Sections 46202 (5), as amended, Chapters 120 and 183
of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle.

(1997).
BETWEEN NADER ALAJLOUNI, single man, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called Grantor,
AND ARAFAT MASWADEH, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter called Grantee:
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of One and no/100 ($1.00) Dollar, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Grantor does hereby grant and convey unto the
said Grantee, his heirs and assigns
ALL that certain tract of land together with the improvements thereon erected, situate in
the Fifth Ward of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
ON the North by property now or formerly of Frank Kramer; on the East by an alley; on
the South by property now or formerly of William A. Spahr; and on the West by North Pitt Street.
H,4 ~'ING frontage of 14 feet, more or less, on North Pitt Street and extending in depth
140 feet, more or less, to the alley in the rear.
BEING improved with a dwelling house known and numbered as 459 North Pitt Street,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same property which Mary M. Miller, single person, granted and conveyed to
Nader Alajlouni, Grantor herein, by deed dated April 4th, 1996 and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Deed Book 137, Page 302.
This conveyance is a non-taxable Transfer from half-brother to half-brbther.
AND the said Grantor hereby covenants and agrees that he will warrant specially the
property hereby conveyed.
