CUSTODY AGREEMENT
AND STIPULATION
1) The parties hereto are the natural father and mDther of Marina Nicole
Shughart, age 1, born 6/28/97, The parties agree that they will share legal and
physical custody of Marina with Father having Marina during week 1, from Saturday
evening between 9:00 P,M. and 12:00 Midnight, through Wednesday afternoon, So
long as Mother's parents are providing child care. he will drDp Marina off at Mother's
parents' home in New KingstDwn, Father, on the week 2 schedule, will pick Marina up
on Saturday evening between 9:00 P.M, and 12:00 midnight and have her through
Tuesday evening at apprDximately 10:00 P,M,. when he will again drop her off at
MDther's parents' home,
2) Mother will have physical custody of Marina at all other times. except for
the following schedule which shall supersede the aforesaid regular schedule,
A) The parents will alternate holidays at Easter, July 4th and
Thanksgiving.
B) Christmas will be split with Father having Marina on Christmas
morning until 2:00 P,M, and Mother having Marina from 2:00 P,M. until 9:00 P,M,
Marina will stay with the parent Dn Christmas Eve evening and Christmas day evening
according to the regular schedule.
