or under Paragraph 6 of the Temporary Order shall not be returned

a. This Order shall remain in effect until modified or
terminated by the Court and can be extended beyond its original
expiration date if the Court finds that Defendant has committed
another act of abuse or has engaged in a pattern or practice that
indicates continued risk of harm to Plaintiff.

family counseling if his therapist recommends it. He will

Wayne Klein, Defendant came after Plaintiff threatening
to kill him, Defendant grabbed a meat cleaver and
raised his arm in a threatening manner at Plaintiff,
During the struggle, Defendant shoved Plaintiff into a
wall causing Plaintiff's arm to ram into a nail and
bleed profusely, Plaintiff called police and Defendant
was placed in the mental health unit of Holy Spirit
Hospital for treatm'2nt including his diagnosis of bi-
polar disorder, Pldlntiff sought treatment for his
injury including stitches in h1c" arm.
