GIBSON, husband and wife, of 143 "B" Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Owners, Whereby the former undertakes and agrees to erect and construct a single family dwelling on: ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described pursuant to Final Subdivision Plan for Rockwell Farms, Sheet No, 1, recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 63, Page 79, as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Burnt House Road, Township Road T-542, at the northwest corner of Lot No, 5 as shown on the above-described Subdivision Plan; thence by the eastern right-of-way line of Burnt House Road, North 23 degrees 42 minutes 05 seconds West, 182,59 feet to a point on said right-of-way line; thence by the intersection of the eastern right-of-way line of Burnt House Road with the southern right-of-way line of a former private right-of-way, now a public street known as Farm Lane, by a curve to the right having a radius of 40.00 feet, an arc distance of 62.83 feet to a point on the southern right-of-way line of Farm Lane; thence by the southern right-of- way line of Farm Lane, North 66 degrees 17 minutes 55 seconds East, 526.96 feet to a point in line of land now or formerly of E,D,L,U, Corp,; thence by said land, South 34 degrees 13 minutes 59 seconds East, 226.40 feet to a point in line of said land at the northeast corner of Lot No, 5 as shown on the above described Subdivision Plan; thence by said Lot No, 5, South 66 degrees 17 minutes 55 seconds West, 608,34 feet to a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Burnt House Road, the point and place of BEGINNING, CONTAINING 2,99 acres or 130,460 square feet and being designated Lot No, 4 as shown on the above-described Subdivision Plan, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND :ss, I ) ((:,\ ., 1\)(,,; II III t , On this, the day of0ctober, 1998, before me the undersigned officer, personally appeared TIMOTHY D, HOFFMAN, of Hoffman's Custom Contracting. known to me (or satisfactorily proven) to be the person whose name is subscribed to the within instrument and acknowledged that he executed the same for the purposes therein contained, IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand and official seal.
