The Borough of Mount Holly Springs files this Municipal Claim against Timothy J.
Bouder and Esther L. Bouder, Owners, and all that certain tract of land including improvements
thereon, owned by them and described as follows:

for unpaid sewer, water and trash services rendered from March 27, 2002 through December 16,
2002. Said services were rendered pursuant to the Borough Code of Ordinances, Chapters
XVIII, Part 2, XXIV, Part 2 and IX, Part 1, as amended and applicable rate resolutions of the
Mount Holly Springs Borough Authority.
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and
the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' account
with the Borough of Mount Holly Springs, which sum of $803.28 for the above period was duly
assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning March 27, 2002 and for which
sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in
accordance with the Municipality Authorities Act, June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 Pa.C.S.A. § 5601,
