consideration of the foregoing complaint and joinder for custody in the above-captioned maller,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
I. The grandparents. the Plaintiffs, John L. Shearer and Marlane M. Shearer,
shall have permanent physical and joint legal custody of the, minor child, Drew Anthony Shearer
Farling, subject to partial custody for visitation for the mother and father, as the parties shall
agree from time to time. The parties do specifically intend to identify a visitation schedule, but
shall agree upon reasonable liberal access to the child.
2. The grandparentslPlaintiffs shall confer with the mother and father on all
matters of importance relating to the minor child's health and maintenance and education with a
view toward obtaining and following a harmonious policy in the child's best interest and shall
keep mother and father informed of the progress of the child's education and social adjustments.
