WHEREAS, r:dward E. pOlllell and Cynthia A. pOlllell
of New Kingston, pennsylvania is about to execute
Contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with SJgman's Home Sales
of CaeJJ.sle, Pennsylviln.i.a, for tbe erection of a vinyl ranch, one
story building upon a lot of land situate:

immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and

and Cynthia A. POlllell, to the said Sigman'S Home Sales, to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the
same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
Edward e. Powell and CynthJ.a A. Powell, and the further
consideration of one Dollar, to Sigman'S Bome SlIle5, paid by
r:dwllrd E. Powell and Cynthia A. Powell, it is agreed that no lien
shall be filed against the building and/or land by the
contractor, or any subcontractor, now by any of the material men
or workmen or any other person for any labor, or mab:dals
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for ~he erection
of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
wai ved .
