THIS AGREEMENT made Ihe 3rd day of March
by and between
Master Roofers Inc..
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
The CUlllberland County Coalition for Sbelter, Inc.
hereinafter referred to as owner,
whereby Ihe Contractor baS agreed to undertake a roofing project at 102 West High Street,
Carlisle, P A.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: Thallhe said Contractor,
for and in consideration of Ihe sUlll of ($1.00) Dollar to owner" in hand paid by owner, Ihe
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and Ihe [orther consideration mentioned in Ihe
agreement aforesaid, for Ihemselves and Iheir snbcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under Ihem, covenant and agree that no mechanic's lien or claims shall be filed or maintained by
Ihero or any of Ihem againSt Ihe said buildings and Ihe lot of ground appurtenant Ihereto for any
or on account of any work done or materials {urnished by Ihero or any of Ihem under said
contract or olherwise, for, towards, in or abont Ihe erection and constrnetion of Ihe said bnildings
on Ihe lot above described and Ihe said Contractor, for Ihernselves, Iheir subcontractors and
others under Ihem hereby expressly waive and relinquishlhe right to have, fi\e, and maintain any
mechanic's liens or claimS against Ihe said buildings or any oflhem, and agree that this
instrUlllent, waiving Ihe right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
