Defendant herein, Leaann Powell, filed a divorce action in Westmoreland COImty Court of Common Pleas on July 24, 1998. Leaann Powell's Divorce Complaint is allached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit "A". 4. Plaintiff herein, Richard W. Powell, was served with the divorce complaint on July 30, 1998. The Affidavit of Service is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "B" ! 5. Plaintiff herein, Richard W. Powell filed a Divorce Complaint in Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas at the above captioned number on December I, 1998. 6.
