following pages, you must take aetion within twenty (20) days after this Complaint and Notice
are served, by entering a written appearance personally or by attorney and filing in writing with
the Court your defense or objections to the claims as set forth against you. You are warned that
if you fail to do so the case may proeeed without you and a judgment may be entered against you
by the Court without further notice for any money claimed in the Complaint or for any other
claim or relief requested by the Plaintiff. You may lose money or property or other rights

Defendant was notified (the "Agreement"). A true and correct copy of the Agreement is nllnched
hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorpofilted herein by reference.
6. The Agreement grants to the Seller, and, by assignmelll. to the Plaintiff: u security
interest in the Home.
7. The security interest was perfected by notation on thc title for the Home.
8. The Defendant has repeatedly defaulted under the Agreement by failing to make
timely payments required thereunder.
9. As a result of the Defendant's numerous defaults, on October 5, 1998, pursuant to 69
1'.8. ~ 623 G, the Plaintiffs predccessor in interest served upon the Defendant, by certified mail,
notice of intention to accelerate, commence legal action, and rcpossess with respect to the Home
(the "Notice"). A true and correct copy of the Notice is attaehcd hereto as Exhibit "8" and
incorporated herein by reference.
10. Despite the Plaintiffs repeated demands, the Defendant has not cured her defaults
under the Agreement as of the datc hereof.
11. The Plaintiff has exercised its rights to aceelerate all amounts due and owing under
the Agreement, which exceeds the value of the Home.
12. The value of the Home is approximately Ten Thousand ($10,000) Dollars.

Complaint
1. The Plaintiff is GreenPoint Credit Corp.. successor by assignment to the interests of
Bank of America, FSB, BankAmerica Housing Services division, fonnerly known as Security
Pacific Housing Services division, a Delaware corporation duly qualified to do business in
Pennsylvania and having a place of business in Pennsylvania at 740 Springdale Drive, Suite 207,
Exton, Pennsylvania 19341.
2. The Defendant is Susan M. Worley, an adult individual residing at 150 Meadowbrook
Court, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17070-2532
3. The Plaintiff holds a security interest in, and is entitled to the immediate possession of
a 1982 Tidwell, mobile home, serial number TWIINFS4846 (the "Home").
4. The Home is located at the Defendant's residence.
5. On October 14, 1994 the Defendant entered into an installment sale agreement
providing for her purchase of the Home from Royal Finance of Pennsylvania, which Agreement
was imnll:diatcl)' assigned IIlllank of America. rSIl.llank ,\merica 1 lousing Services division.
then known as Security 1'.lcilic 1 lousing Scrvices division. and \\ hich Agreem"1\1 was assigned
by Ilank of America. rSB to the I'laintilT on September 30. 1 ')I)Il. and of which assignments the
Defendant was notified (the "Agreement"). A true and correct copy of the Agreement is allached
herelo as Exhibil "A" and incorporatcd herein by relcrence.
6. The Agrecment grants to the Seller. and. by assignment. 10 Ihe Plaillliff. a security
inlerest in the Home.
7. The security interest was perfccted by notation on the title for the Home.
8. The Defendant has repcatedly dcfaultcd under the Agreement by failing to make
timely payments required thereunder.
9. As a result of the Defendant's numerous defaults. on October 5, 1998. pursuant to 69
1'.8.9623 G. the Plaintiffs predecessor in interest served upon the Defendant. by certified mail.
notice of intention to accelerate, commence legal action. and repossess with respect to the Home
(the "Notice"). A true and correct copy of the Notice is attached hereto as Exhibit "8" and
incorporated herein by reference.
10. Despite the Plaintifrs repeated demands. the Delendant has not cured her defaults
under the Agreement as of the date hereof.
II. The Plaintiff has exercised its rights to accelerate all amounts due and owing under
the Agreement, which exceeds the value of the Home.
12. The value of the Home is approximately Ten Thousand ($10,000) Dollars.
