As a result of the Defendant's numerous defaults, on October 5, 1998, pursuant to 69 1'.8. ~ 623 G, the Plaintiffs predccessor in interest served upon the Defendant, by certified mail, notice of intention to accelerate, commence legal action, and rcpossess with respect to the Home (the "Notice").
