WHEREAS. a Judgment was entered in favor of Mellon Bank, NA. now National Loan Investors,
L.P., As Assignee of Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania formerly known as Mellon Bank. N.A., ("Assignor"), 3030
N.W. Expressway, Suite 1313. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. against Toby L. Coy and Angela M. Coy on or about
December 4, 1998, in the amount of $99,287.83 plus interest, attorneys' fees and costs, a copy of which is
attached hereto: and
WHEREAS, the Judgment and the Promissory Note upon which the same was based have been
sold to Horton and Associates. L.L.C. ("Assignee") 3232 NW. 20th. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73107.
NOW. THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which is
hereby acknowledged, Assignor hereby sets over, transfers and assigns, to Assignee, all of Assignor's right,
title and interest in and to the aforesaid Judgment, without warranty or recourse.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Assignor has caused these resents to be signed by Paul G. Heafy, its
Managing General Partner, this January 14, 2005.

now Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania, and the owner and the holder of the Judgment in this matter rendered on
December 4, 1998, does hereby acknowledge receipt from the Defendant, Angela M. Coy, the total sum of
$1,000.00, in satisfaction of his liability for that Judgment, and National Loan Investors, L.P., does hereby
satisfy, release. acquit, and forever discharge the Defendant. Angela M. Coy, of and from all liability to and
demand of the undersigned, in response to this cause and that Judgm()nt. This release is in favor of the
Defendant, Angela M. Coy, only, and does not release, acquit, or discharge the other Defendants, of their
liability on that Judgment.

COMPLAINT FOR CONFESSION OF JUDGMENT
UNDER RULE 2951
1. The name and address of the plaintiff is Mellon Bank,
N.A., 2 Mellon Bank Center, Pittsburgh, PA 15259-0001.
2. The name and last known address of the Defendant Toby L.
Coy is 5 Earl Street, Extended Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257 and
65 Fox Hill Road, Shippensburg, pennsylvania 17257.
3. The name and last known address of the Defendant Angela
M. Coy is 65 Fox Hill Road, Shippensburg, pennsylvania, and 317
McCulloch Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257.
4. Defendants, Toby L. Coy and Angela M. Coy, executed and
delivered to Plaintiff a Promissory Note ("Note"), a true and
correct photostatic reproduction of the original of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
5. Defendants are in default of Defendants' obligation to
make payment to Plaintiff as required in the Note, and plaintiff
has demanded payment in full of all outstanding principal and
interest as provided in the Note. A copy of Plaintiff's demands
are attached hereto as Exhibit "B", "C", "D" and "E" and made a
part hereof.
6. Defendants are in default of Defend~nts' obligations to
make payment to Plaintiff as required in the Note.
7. Judgment is not being entered by confession against a

natural person in connection with .1 corlllum"r credit transaction.
8. There hila not been <lilY ,lsflignment of the Note.
9. Judgment han not been entered on the Note in any
jurisdiction.
10. An itemized computat ion of the amount due to Plaintiff by
Defendants as a result of Defendants' default is as follows:

11. Interest continues to accrue at the rate provided in the
Note.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendants, Toby
L. Coy and Angela M. Coy, as authorized by the warrant of attorney
contained in the Note for Ninety-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-
Seven and 83/100 Dollars ($99,287.83), plus interest from and
including the date of this Complaint at the rate provided in the
Note and costs of suit.
