COMPLAINT IN DIVORCE
UNDER SECTION 3301fCI OF THE DIVORCE CODE
1. Plaintiff is Brian Scott Wilday, an adult individual who presently resides at 1014
South West Street. Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
2. Defendant is Ann Marie Wilday, an adult individual who presently resides at 19
Miller Street, Bradford, McKean County. Pennsylvania 16701.
3. Brian Scott Wilday resided in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six
months immediately previous to the commencement of this action.
4. The parties were married on April 27, 1991 in Bradford. Pennsylvania,
5. The Plaintiff avers that:
(a) Defendant has offered such indignities to the person of the Plaintiff, the
injured and innocent spouse, as to render his condition intolerable and life burdensome;
and
(b) The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken.
6. No prior action for divorce or annulment has been filed in this or any other
jurisdiction,
7. Plaintiff avers that this action is not collusive.
8. Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of counseling and that he may have
the right to request that the Court require the parties to participate in counseling.
