hearing, the Court grants full legal and physical custody of
Johnathon A, Naylor, born October 18, 1996, to his maternal
grandmother, wanda K, Naylor, subject to periods of partial
custody by the mother, Sarah R, Naylor, as agreed upon by the
parties, The father, Johnathon A. Cinaglia, was given notice of
this hearing and failed to attend. He may visit with the child
as permitted by the maternal grandmother. If he feels aggrieved
by this Order of Court, he may petition for a rehearing.
