4. Both childrcn prcscntly rcsidc with )'ctitioncr, thcir patcrnal aunt and uncle and
patcrnal grandfather. Thcy havc rcsidcd in Cumbcrland County with Pctitioncr sincc
March, 1998. Both children previously resided with !'etitioncr in Allcghcny County,
5. Rcspondcnt was relcascd from Allegheny County prison on November 12, 1998.
She had becn incarcerated as a result of parole violations stemming from cocaine
possession and delivery convictions,
6. On December 8,1998 at approximately 12:00 o'clock midnight, without prior
notice, Respondent arrived at Petitioner's residence and demanded to take the children
back to Pittsburgh, The children have not seen Respondent since she was incarcerated in
January, 1998. Petitioner refused to let Respondent take the children. Respondent
contacted the Pcnnsylvania State Police who refused to pennit Respondent to take the
childrcn.
7. Respondent previously removed Randy Lee Fenstermaker, Jr. from Children's
I lospital in 1993 when thc child was under the protective custody of Allegheny County
Children & Youth Services, Respondent was charged with kidnapping as a result of this
incident and was placed on probation.
8. Respondent has previously allempted suicide, and has been a resident at Mayview
State Hospital.
9. Whilc Randy Lec Fcnstcmlaker, Jr. was visiting with Respondent in 1997, he was
molested by her brother. A repOll of this incident was filed with Allegheny County
Children & Youth Serviccs and Westmoreland County detcctives..
