AND NOW, this In tl day of .r c;" ( , 1999, upon
consideration of the attached Custody Conciliation Report, it is ordered and
directed as follows:
1. The Mother, Marie V. Regal, and the Father, Terry A. Regal,
shall have shared legal custody of Robert C. Regal, bol71 June 18, 1989, and
Kathryn E. Regal, born June 2, 1991. Each parent shall have an equal right,
to be exercised jointly with the other pa.rent, to make all major
non-emergency decisions affecting ::he Children's general well-being
including, but not limited to, all decisions regarding their health,
education and religion.
2. The Mother shall have primary physical custody of the
Children.
3. The Father shall have partial physical custody of the
Children on alternating weekends from Friday at 6:00 p.m. through Sunday at
6:00 p.m.
4. 'l'he parties shall share or alternate having custody of the
Children on holidays as arranged by agreement of the parties.
5. Each party shall be entitled to have a period of sumner
vacation custody with the Children as arranged by agreement of the parties.
6. In the event either party intends to remove the Children from
his or her residence for an overnight period or. longer, that party shall
notify the other parent in advance. This provision shall not apply when the
Children are visiting with relatives locally.
7. This Order is entered pursuant to an agreement of the parties
at a CUstody Conciliation Conference. The par.ties may modify the provisions
of this Order by mutual consent. In the absence of mutual consent, the
terms of this Order shall control.
