No, 16, more particularly described in the Final Subdivision Plan of Rich Valley Manor, ~hase
II, prepared by Hartman & Associates, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds In and
for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 64, Page II, more particularly bounded and
described as follows to wit:
BEGINNING at a point, said point being located on the Eastern right-of-way line of Ric h
Valley Road (S,R. 1009) at the end of a curve connecting the Northern right-of-way line of Penns
Run Road with the Eastern right-of-way line of Rich Valley Road; thence along the Eastern right-

haYing a radius of 2,830.00 feet an arc length of 228.86 feet to a point; thence along the same,

East, a distance of 290.00 feet to a point at the common property corner for Lots #14, #15, #16
