4. Plaintiff has rendered to Defendants Statements of Account showing a
balance due to Plaintiff by Defendants in the amount of $6,561.10, to which the
Defendants have not objected and an account has therefore been stated between
Plaintiff and Defendants as set forth in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein, in the amount certain of $6,561,10.
5. Defendants executed a Credit Application wherein they agreed to pay
reasonable attorney's fees, and therefore Defendants are obligated to Plaintiff in the
amount of $1,312.22 ($6,561.10 x ,20). A copy of the Credit Application is
attached hereto as Exhibit" B",
6. A copy of the Personal Guaranty as executed by the Defendant.s, Richard
Hutchison and Cynthia G. Hutchison is attached hereto and incorporated as Exhibit
"C". Pursuant to the terms of the Personal Guaranty the Defendants guaranteed any
indebtedness due and owing by Defendant Hutch Construction to the Plaintiff.
7. Although duly demanded the said outstanding balance in the amount of
$6,561.10 has not been paid by Def end3nts to Plaintiff or to any-one acting on behalf
of Plaintiff and is therefore due and payable with interest at the rate of 1 Y, % per
month from September 14, 1998 and t.he costs of suit.

4. Plaintiff has renderr=d to Defendants Statements of Account showing a
balance due to Plaintill by Defendants in the amount of $6.561.10, to which the
Defendants llave not objecteu ilnu illl account has therefore been stated between
Plaintiff and Defendants as set forth in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein, in the amount certain of $6.561,10.
5. Defendants executed a Credit Application wherein they agreed to pay
reasonable attorney's fees, and therefore Defendants are obligated to Plaintiff in the
amount of $1,312.22 ($6,561,10 x .201. A copy of the Credit Application is
attached hereto as Exhibit" B",
6. A copy of the Personal Guaranty as executed by tile Defendants. Richard
Hutchison and Cynthia G, Hutchison is attached hereto and incorporated as Exhibit
"C", Pursuant to the terms of the Personal Guaranty the Defendants guaranteed any
indebtedness due and owing by Defendant Hutch Construction to the Plaintiff.
7. Altllough duly demanded the said outstanding balance in the amount of
$6,561.10 has not been paid by Defendants to Plaintiff or to anyone acting on behalf
of Plaintiff and is therefore due and pavable with interest at the rate of 1 Y, % per
month frolll September 14, 199B and the costs of suit.
