8. The father of the children is Defendant. Jay D, Hartman, currently residing at 6 Grant
Street, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Defendant resides with the children, Natasha
M. Hartman, Joseph J. Hal1man and Jay D, Hartman, Jr., and Kimberly Speiglemeyer, his
girlfriend, and her daughter, Michaela Speiglcmeyer.
