FOR CUSTODY ^ND p^RTI^L CUSTODY
COMES NOW, Michelle Cambridge, representing herself, pro se, and Scali ^, Cambridge, by
and through his all arney, .lames .I, Kayer, Esquire, do stipulate amI agree upon the following:
\, Michelle Cambridge and Scott Cambridge arc lhe natural parents of oue minor child, Logan
T. Cambridge, born October 13, 1995,
2, Primary physical custody of the minor child, Logau T, Cambridge, shall be placed iu the
father, Scott Cambridge.
3, The panics shall have shared legal custody of the minor child, Logan T. Cambridge,
4, The mother, Michelle Cambridge, shall haw cel1ain rights of panial physical custody of the
minor child, Mother shall have the child every other weekend beginning Fridays, at 5:00 p,m, until the
following Sunday at 5:00 p,m" and shall have the minor child on alternating weekends thereafter for the
same days aud hours,
5, Prior to the mOlher's regular periods of pat1ial physical custody, pm1ies agree thai there shall
be a transition perioll in which to reeslab1ish the bond hetween Logan and the mother as well as to
acclimate the child to visits with the mother. The first four visits shall occur at any time mutually
agreed upon between the pat1ies aud shall occur in the father's home or aiternatively, within his presl'llCe,
The second four visits shall again occur al lhose time as the pal1ies may agn~e and shall occur in
Pennsylvania, The)' can be outside the father's presence at tite option of the molller. Upon successful
completion of this transition pniml, thl' p;u1ies shall comllll'nce their regular altl~rnating \\'l'l'kend

weekend will be cancelled, Thl~ pm1ies agrce that dUl', to the mother's work schedule, it may not be
possible for her to utilizc her periods of visitation on Satmday and Sunday and that iu the eveut that the
mother chooses to nomiuale an alternative 4R hour period for the purposes of her visits, she may do so
so loug as she provides the fmher with 72 hours uolice of her intention, ^uy such "weekday visitation"
would be, a substitnte to the alternating weekends anticipated by the pal1ies and descrihl'd in paragraph
4 and not a supplement to those periods of custody,
7, Father shall have partial physical cllstody of the minor child on Father's Day, Mother shall
have physical custody of the minOl' child on Mother's Day.
8, The parties shall alternate custody on holidays in thc following manner. The holidays to be
alternated between the parties shall be Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving, In ev," I numbered years,
the Inother shall enjoy a period of cnstody for Ea"ler with the child commencing on the Monday
following Easter Sunday and lasting nntil the following Thmsday. For Thanksgiving, lhe mother's period
of physical custody shall commence on Thmsday and shall 1'\In through the following Snnday, For
Christmas, the mother's period of partial physical custody shall commence on December 26 and last until
Decemher 30, In odd number years, mother "hallelljoy custody of the child on Easter from the Friday
immediately preceding Easter Sunday nlltil the following Monday, The mother shall enjoy custody of
the child ou Thaubgiving from the Friday immediately following Thanksgiving until the following
f\londay, She shall also enjoy custody on December 22 until December 25 at tho"e times agreed upon

II. Mother shall be responsible for transpol1ation arrangl~n1Cnts to and from panial physical
c\lstody nnless otherwise mnt\lally agreell \lpon hy mother and falher.
12, Eaeh snmmer the mother shall enjoy a period of one 1I10nth with the child, For the S\llnll1er
of 1999, the mother's one I\lo\lth period shall be divided into lwo separail' two weeks periods, Mother
shall notify father before May 1 of each yea!' of when she intends 10 exercise her s\lmmer visits,
13, During all periods of lill1e in which tIll'. mol her exercises physical c\lstody she will provide
the father with an mldress and pho\le nnll1ber where she can be reached in the event of an elnergency,
14, Each non cnstodial parent shall have \lnrestricted telephone access with the child,
15, It is agrced and anticipated between the panics that neither pany shall seek child s\lppon
of the other during the pendency of this agreement.
16, The pm1ies agree and alllicipate thaI this Agreement for Cnstody and Yisitalion may be
entered as an Order of Com1 in thl' Com1 of Common Pleas of Cnmberland CO\lnty, Pennsylvania, as
well as any other cour1 of competent jnrisdiction in the event that the panics relocate,
17, The panies do hereby stipulate and agree that they waive their respective rights to Ill' present
