STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the {IP of ULCmt.e41"'. 19q9 , by and
between M and Z Quick Service,
AND
Richard Mazurik and Mary Mazurik,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and
agreed to erect and construct a single family dwelling on that
certain lot of ground situate in the Borough of Lemoyne, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being known as 637 HUITmel Avenue, as per
attached legal description,
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to M and Z Quick Service in hand paid by Owner, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration
mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them,
covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be
filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their
subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's
liens or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and
agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be
an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land situate in the BOrough
of Lemoyne, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
SAID western half of Lot No. 86, Section D fronting 17 1/2
feet on Hummel Avenue and extending back an even width 150 feet
to Apple Alley; being bounded on the South by Hummel Avenue, on
the East by the eastern half of said lot, on the West by property
now or late of F, L. Miller, and on the North by Apple Alley.
HAVING thereon erected a two and one-half story frame dwelling
known and numbered as 637 Hummel Avenue.
BEING the western half of Lot No. 86, Section D, in a Plan of
Lots known as Plan No.1, Riverton, Pa" said Plan being recorded
in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Deed Book 4-J, Page
40.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Donald D. wilson and Jean M.
Wilson, his wife, by Deed dated April 14, 1976 and recorded April
15, 1976 in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 26-N, Page 572, granted and
conveyed unto Charles R. Myers and Ruth I, Myers, his wife,
grantors herein.
