Petitioner's monthly net income/earning capacity is $1,662,00 per month and Respondent's monthly
net income/earning capacity is $3,730,00 per month, it is hereby Ordered that the Respondent pay to
the Domestic Relations Section, Court of Common Pleas, $375,00 a month payable monthly as
alimony pendente lite, elTective 4-1-99, Retroactive arrears set at $1.279,00 as of 3-29-99, shall be
payable at $54.33 a month, First payment due with next pay,
This order is based upon an agreement of the parties under Ps, R,C. p, Rule 1910, 16-5(j),
The retroactive arrearage of$I,279,00 is based upon an order of APL in the amount of
$493,00 per month for three months minus a credi( of$200,00,
