The land referred to in this Commitment is described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in silver Spring
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particulorly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING AT'A POINT on the Southwestern right of way line of Stone Run Drive,
a SO faot wide right of way, said point being the Northwestern corner of Lot
No.7; thence along the Northwestern line of said lot, South 35 degrees 00
minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point on the line of
land now or late of Dale D. and Tammy J. Doban; thence along the line of lands
now or late of Dale D. and Tammy J. Doban and land now or late of Harry W. and
Karyn I. Kunzig, North 55 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of
90.00 feet to a point, said point being the Southeastern corner of Lot No.5;
thence along the Southeastern line of said lot, North 35 degrees 00 minutes 00
seconds East, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point on the Southwestern right
of way line of Stone Run Drive; thence along said right of way line, South 5S
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 90.00 feet to a point, the
PLACE OF BEGINNING.

containing 13,500.00 square feet or 0.3099 acres.
BEING the same premises which Harold D. Stoner and Marilyn L. Stoner, his
wife, by deed of even date and about to be recorded herewith, granted and
conveyed unto Jeffrey L. Holzworth and Laura L. Holzworth, the Mortgagors
