Ruben, Esquire and states the following in support of its Complaint: I. The Plaintiff is I-Iarris Savings Bank, a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and having its principal place of business at Second and Pine Streets, Harrisburg, Pcnnsylvania 17101. 2. The Defendants are WILLIAM H. SCHNEIDER and DOROTHY E, SCHNEIDER, adult individuals whose last known addresses are 5007 Apache Drive, P.O, Box 1040, Mechanicsburg, Pennsvlvania 17055 for Mr. Schneider and 104 East Oakland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43201 and 107 McKeecurtain Road, University Park, Pennsylvania 16802 for Mrs. Schneider, 3. Defendants on Octobcr 31. 1978 entered into a Mortgage loan indenture with First Fcderal Savings and Loan Association now by acquisition. Ilarris Savings Bank, in the principal amount of Forty Eight Thousand Fivc Ilundrcd Dollars ($4ll.500,OO). the tcrms of which loan are more specifically . , ' ' , .' .": '." " ';.';,' '. Plaintiff, in consideration of the said Mortgagc and Notc advanced to William H. A copy of the Note is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "8" 5. Plaintiff, in consideration of the said Mortgage and Note advanced to William H. Schneider and Dorothy E. Schneider the sum of Forty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($48,500.00). 6. The premises subject to said mortgage is more specifically set forth in Exhibit "A", 7. Willianl H. Schneider and Dorothy E. Schneider are the sole owners of the said premises securing said mortgage, 8. Said Mortgage has not been assigned in whole or in part by the Plaintiff herein. 9.
