7. As a direct and proximate result of the negligence of the
defendant, the plaintiffs have suffered, and will continue to suffer in the
future, medical bills and expenses, pain and suffering, aggravation and
inconvenience, loss of life's pleasures, loss of wages, and their economic
horizons may be limited.
WHEREFORE, the plaintiffs claim of the defendant a sum in excess of
the arbitration limits of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. A jury trial is
hereby demanded.
